At this workshop, Rosie will show you how to prepare your pot, and you’ll see demonstrations on cutting and shape tiles using techniques and tools for the beginner.
All equipment, materials and light lunch supplied.

Spend a relaxing Saturday in the Factory Lane Artisan Café at the Historic Esk Club Hotel in Esk learning the basics of mosaicking a colorful terracotta pot for your garden.
You will learn how to prepare your pot, see demonstrations on cutting and basic tile shaping using tools that are affordable for the beginner. This workshop is ideal for anyone thinking of starting mosaicking and wants to understand how to start or for a new starter looking for a little help and to meet others with a similar interest.
Select from a variety of precut tiles with some glass buttons for a little bling if that is what your creative flair demands.
Due to adhesive needing to cure, you will be given a grouting demonstration then a choice as to either, grout at home with grout provided or leave with Rosie to grout (fee of $15/p charged to gout, please allow up to a week for pick up)
Tea, coffee and a light lunch will be provided. If you have special dietary needs please message Rosie with your requirements by close of business Wednesday 25th March and we will do our best to cater for you.
If you already own safety glasses and a P2 mask feel free to bring you own, as yours are always more comfortable. Note these are for the tile cutting and shaping demonstration as there may be dust and chips
