Lisa, Vice President of Valley of the Lakes Garden Club will share all about Australian native bees, how to identify some of the species found in SE Qld and what you can plant to encourage them.

At the end of this workshop you will know more about our native bees, be able to make a bee hotel yourself and have a bee hotel that you have completed to take home an install in the garden.
Tea, coffee and a light lunch will be provided. If you have special dietary needs please message Rosie with your requirements by close of business Wednesday 22 March and we will do our best to cater for you.
If you already own safety glasses, gloves and a P2 mask feel free to bring you own, as yours are always more comfortable. Note these are just a precaution for those who may have a sensitivity to the materials.
